Hi, need some advice on old EGG accounts.we cleared the account in 2006/07. We did have ppi on the 2 accounts that we had and did claim on it at one time because of being off sick from work(for 6 months) Would we be able to claim back the PPI or not? If yes how do we go about this. We don't have any paperwork anymore although it was online we can't access the accounts anymore.
Thanks

You need to do a SAR

Enclose £10 and give them 40 days to get the info to you.0 -

Thanks for that.
Who do I send it to? Is it Barclays who have now taken over Egg or the address I have on my credit report -
Egg Banking Plc, Pride Park, Riverside Road, Derby, DE99 3GG
Also I have no account numbers does that matter.
Thanks0 -
As this was cleared before Barclays took over, you need to SAR Egg.
