Call Diversion Costs

Does anyone know what costs are involved when you have calls diverted on a BT landline.

I'm looking to divert my landline calls to my mobile phone whilst I'm out and I can see from the BT website that there is a charge to activate the service.

I was under the impression that if someone rings my landline and ends up being diverted to a mobile, then the cost of the call between my landline and mobile is chargable to me? According to the Indian call centre this is not the case but I'm not sure the person on the other end understood what I was asking?
Matched betting proceeds so far: £505.00

BT's Call Diversion calling feature costs £3.15/month on its own.

Then you use a code to set up the diversion and another to cancel it when you get home.

The cost of the 'diverted part' of the call goes on your BT bill (and will be a lot).

It's actually cheaper to use one of the 0800-to-mobile providers to get an 0800 number that routes to your mobile, and divert your BT landline to the said 0800 number. All you pay BT is the monthly facility fee for call divert £3.15.

There are loads of providers that offer 0800 to mobile.
