    pauled - yep, honestly, the Touchpad's easier! You have to back the sensation up, unlock the bootloader, install some bits and pieces, and for the latest builds update the firmware too. THEN install the ROM (the easy bit!) and restore stuff. I'd recommend being selective about what you restore, and get rid of any apps you have on the phone that you don't use.
    I tried Leedroid with ICS4.0.1 which was good to start with then slowed down a bit, then I've put on DeSensed (that's just the plain old ICS 4.0.3 with as little HTC Sense stuff as possible) as seeing ICS 'naked' on the Touchpad made it look really good.

    Just checked my paypal and they have not refuned the toutchstone so still got fingers and toes crossed, getting a bit uncomfortable now though.
