OH's case turned up today!

I received my case today. I originally just ordered the case then later went back and ordered the touchstone but had that one cancelled.A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist0

My Touchstone has arrived - very impressed but ...........
The case is here and I'm not that over the moon with it. The TP is a nice tight fit in it but the front cover has no way of staying in place (I currently use a Belkin case with an elastic webbing that secures the cover. I've also noticed that when the TP is on the Touchstone, there's not enough room behind the TP to keep the case open and the clock on view. Seems the TP has to come out of the case and used for transporting, not storing on the Touchstone. Still, not bad for the money.0 -
I ordered on the 3rd, had no e mails at all.
However Quidco is showing the payment as tracked.
And the payment was taken from my paypal account yesterday.
So fingers and toes crossed.Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -

Fingers crossed for you, they took the money through PayPal from me too when I tried ordering the bluetooth keyboard a few weeks ago, but then emailed saying out of stock and refunded it back. Grrr.
For anyone interested I plucked up the courage and installed android ice cream sandwich on mine last week and really pleased, although web os is great too

I'm still plucking up the courage. I have 2 Touchpads (one was meant to be a birthday pressie for the ex) so I kept the 16GB one to install Android on so at least if I bricked one, it was the smaller one.
May I be so kind as to ask what instructions you followed? I've been advised to use the following:

Looks good to me caz. Trickiest part if you haven't already been 'doctoring' webOS phones is making sure the Novacom drivers are installed. ICS is really impressive on the Touchpad I have to say, and it was EASIER to install onto than my HTC Sensation (you know, an actual Android device). Runs better as well. Only had problems with updating Google Maps, and a few programs crashing. GTA3 runs great!
Still not as good as webOS though - multitasking better, keyboard better, easier to install and remove apps...0 -
Oh well, still no e mail, but covers delivered today, no word of touchstone yet.Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0

I used http://androidforums.com/hp-touchpad/491926-guide-cm9-your-touchpad.html but it looks exactly the same process, was easier than I thought it'd be. I googled
'bricked touch pad' first and there seemed to be lots if help and advice if anything did go wrong! Good luck if you decide to!
Almillar - Ive not been brave enough to do my HTC sensation yet,but bit more confident after doing the touch pad!

I spotted a lonely looking unpriced touchstone in currys/pc world earlier, got someone to scan it, it was £15.98 if that helps anyone
