I currently have 3 payday loans which have got out of control over the past few months, ive only been able to make payment of £75 each month to extend them. This has been going on since before christmas, to pay for presents, now i cant seem to pay them off. M own fault, i know.

I spoke to payplan and they gave me templates of my expendature, and a letter to explain my current situation.

Is it possible to email these 2 documents to the companies, or does it have to be sent via mail?

Also, the companies are Paydayuk, Paydayexpress, Txtloan. Does anyone have details of either an email address i can send these documents or a mail address?

Help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Before you rush into this you need to open a brand new basic bank account with a completely separate bank.
get your pay shifted accross to the new account.

Only once that is done should you let the PDL Companies know you are in too deep. when you took those loans you agreed to let them pop into your account and take as much as they like, whenever they like to clear your debt to them.
They haven't acted on this yet because they think you are in some kind of control.
As soon as they know you've lost the plot, they will pile in and clear you out.

You could call them to let them know you are having problems but if you are proposing ANY kind of "get well" plan with them, make sure it is in WRITING (not emails) and posted.

    Well said Apples.....

Payday UK will set an arrangement up after you default but only for 3mths.

Payday express... will ignore everything and from everyone, but the will hassle you big time.

You will need to let the go to a DCA before you can get somewhere.

Txtloan wont entertain a plan either. so same as above, but they wont be as rude as Payday Express will be.

Rule of thumb if you can afford £10pm for each, put it aside even if your not paying. once it goes to a DCA you can argue the charges they will levy and get them reduced. but its shows good faith on your part if once it goes there, you explain what you offered, and here it is xmths X £10.

Also if they took the very unlikely road of court, you can show the judge this is what you could afford, and here is the money.

Some people think as they wont accept i wont pay/or set it aside, then if court was the route, the judge aint happy as the debtor has showed no intention of paying!
Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?

There we go again, the old " christmas and paying for presents " reason isnt a reason to get into money trouble.

    Follow apples exceedingly good advice,
  • So ive basically got no chance with any of them? I have to default first and let loads of interest add up before they put me on a payment plan? That sucks! Am i better off going through a debt management company then? Will they take more notice?

Sell your toys on eBay asap and pay them off.
  • If i had somethin to sell then i would but i haven't and im not earning enough to pay them all off and have struggled for the past 2 months... What shall i do? Do you think they'll freeze the balance in the next 2 weeks? What charges will they add?
  • They are likely to add lots of charges on top. My PDL was going to be £300 on payday - but it went up to almost £700.

I'd ring them super fast to arrange to pay an amount. If they say no, then do as ihateeyes has said.
    SAVINGS: £63.86 // £3,000

It will be less if you try and tackle this now then you need to get in touch with the PDL's as soon as you can, could you ask for a small advance from your employer on next months pay or try going to basic's on food/cut back on spending - anything but do not take another loan

Another one who claims to have nothing to sell. Forgive my disbelief....but really? Nothing at all? No laptop, PC, TV, Sky box, DVD player, mobile phone, jewellery, games console, car....
  • Go to a family or friend and confess all. Get rid of them.......

I had to and now feel 1*million better!

    Do it :)
    Good luck.

Oh, and never ever go back!
