Still not received anything and I'm beginning to think I never will, despite also getting the confirmation screen. A bit disappointing when some have managed to get this twice

After contacting them and then e-mailing my address to them I have had an e-mail back saying they had sent them to me about 3 weeks ago. They have now put another lot in the post. Fingers crossed.:)


If I notice that my postman has particularly shiny hair I'll know where they went.

yippee i got mine today, after 2 very nice and complimentary e-mails the responded to say that they have posted the set out to me, ever so chuffed excellent customer servive, the shampoo and conditioner was not in a presentation pack, but who cares just really glad i got a set eventually

Everyone in my family got an email regarding checking that they were genuine entries, my mum, dad, brother and me took it in turns to register, as t&c's stated one per person not per household, emailed back several weeks ago neither of us received anything, so will probably have to email them:mad:

Second time lucky, I've finally got mine. So thanks very much OP they smell lovely.

I got these a week or two ago, and am not a bit impressed. I've passed them onto DS who is less fussy :-D

I posted on the FB board and they contacted me. Will pm you. Mine were then sent and they are fantastic, it's the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used.
