1. The promoter of the Competition is HobbyCraft Group Limited (“HobbyCraft”) and the Competition is organised by IMP Media Limited on behalf of HobbyCraft.
2. Competition Entrants must be UK residents aged 14 or under on 19 February 2012.
3. All Entrants must obtain permission from their parent or guardian and produce such permission to HobbyCraft if required. Their parent and guardian must agree to these terms and conditions.
4. The Competition is not open to children whose parents are HobbyCraft employees, agents or any person or company associated with this Competition.
5. To enter the Competition you must follow the instructions on the Farmer Sam Colouring Competition page at http://www.facebook.com/HobbyCraftUK
6. Entrants can submit one entry.
7. HobbyCraft will convene an independent judging panel (“the Judges”) to select the picture that in their view is the most deserving of the Competition Prize.
8. HobbyCraft reserves the right to use the Entrant’s entry to market the Competition or showcase the work of HobbyCraft.
9. All entries must be received by 11:59pm (23:59) on 19 February 2012. HobbyCraft will not be responsible for the non receipt of any entry.
10. HobbyCraft reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
11. The decisions of the Judges are final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
12. HobbyCraft reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of these terms and conditions.
13. The Entrant must submit only his/her own original work and, in agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Entrant’s parent or guardian confirms that the entry does not infringe the rights of any third party.
14. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
15. The winners will be notified by email by 28 March 2012.
17. There are 10 prizes of a £25 HobbyCraft gift voucher. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. HobbyCraft reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
