Credit default - pay it off?

I'm not 100% sure it's completely wrong. If anything it might just be a little lower.
This was 2 years ago and I want to get the phone asap
Again, A default is a default, Whether its for £10 or £10000 its still going to damage your ability to obtain credit considerably !
Are you on the electoral roll ? And up to date on your current credit commitments ? If so then I honestly don't see to much of a problem !0 -

Am on the phone to Virgin now and they are admitting there's a mistake but don't have any records to rectify it! Am at a bit of an impasse!0 -
If they are actually admitting a mistake then get them to admit it on paper, then demand that they remove the default.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

I've now paid it off and will send off an official dispute tomorrow to get it sorted. Also the collections team are allowed to deduct £10 before paying so make sure you ask for it.0
