drafty door

I have a single outward opening door in my living room which has a draft coming in on the hinge side. The door has various adjusters on it but none of them seem to adjust the door in and out on the hinge unless I'm doing something wrong.

here a pic of 1 of the hinges if it helps

  • The bolt that requires an allen key is most probably "offset" . . . think the word I'm looking for is concentric. Anyway try twisting it slowly and see what happens, the door should move closer to, or, away from the frame.
  • blocked up the gap with bubble wrap for now I'll try and fix it properly tomorrow
