Printer Help Please

Just go a new printer HP5515. Printing ok wireless with ipad, printing online documents from explorer. Wont print my documents on Windows 10 Starter.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled, getting fed up now.
Anyone know why?

firstly, do you mean office 2010 or windows 7 ? windows 10 doesn't exist. Secondly, do you get any errors? what is in the print queue? (Start>printers>click on printer)0

oops lol Windows 7, Microsoft Word Starter 20100

Error message says no printer installed. No documents in print queue. Preinter is set as default and states its ready.0
