help - pc error message driving me mad!

Our pc is set to shut itself down after so much "non" use, which is done - and is great! However, everytime we restart it / boot it up we get the following error message "wg111cfgMFC application error". It asks to send an error report to Microsoft - which I do.
We've only had the PC since just after Xmas - and it has pretty much done it since we had it. Dh seems less bothered than me - but I use it the most - and it's really beginning to grate on me.
Your help and assistance on this is really appreciated.

WG111 is a Netgear wireless adapter
http://www.netgear.com/Products/Adapters/GWirelessAdapters/WG111.aspx
if you use it , uninstall it from add / remove prgrams and then re-install
if you do not use it then just remove the programEx forum ambassador
