Make sure you email them from the same email address that you registered for the promotion with, or quote the email address/facebook account that you signed up for the promo with as they do check.

The backpack is really not worth giving away milk for. It is absolutely tiny! There are pictures/complaints on their facebook page. Treat it as a freebie and don't incur additional expense or I think you'll be disappointed.
