EDF to Npower, when will i get my balance from EDF?

How long does it take for you old supplier to settle your account, edf in my case.
changeover was about 10 days ago. Have around £400 credit in my edf account.
was hoplng not to have to chase it as I would need 1/2 day of work to get though!

    I suggest you chase it by messaging through My Account. Otherwise you could have a long wait.
