    It's not the length, it's the girth, as they say. ;)

    I have another house with 70kW+ of maximum load from gas appliances, and it's fine. 22mm pipe from the pavement and good pressure.

    Didnt know you could switch a boiler to "No Condensing" Mode, so why is it mandatory to have a Condensing boiler?
