EDF Single Bill Issue
Hi
Advise needed, i was moved onto the new billing system with EDF back in Nov 2011, single payment & single bill for Gas & Elec.
Just had my most recent bill (final Bill) and noticed that is only mentions Gas, no mention of Elec at all.
Has anyone else noticed this, is this correct??
Have a feeling after looking at last bill dated 6th Dec which also only mentions Gas that i will be getting a 6 month bill for Elec as last paper bill for Elec was Sept 1st.
Thanks
Kerrie

Dear Kerrie ,
I've had the same problem but have been advised by my regular EDF e-mail contact that my gas DD will continue as before on the 6th of each month as against the new electricity DD on the 4th , and it has been referred to a mysterious 'Interim Process Dept.' for resolution on a 'failure of linking' , and with the warning that it 'might be some weeks' before resolution . As always with EDF I'll be checking the DD s next week , .

Hi, Thanks for update, i will be contacting EDF in the morning to see what is happening, they have taken DD in Jan but not included the amount on final bill, i am glad to have just left them but they can't even make leaving easy.
