So I have received information from a SAR request from HBOS and there are lots of screen grabs and codes in the paperwork.
They have sent be an abbreviation sheet as well as some statements which seem to have been printed from the computer.
My main question is would PPI ALWAYS be described as such or be very visible in statements?
Or could it be included in the £xxx payment received element printed on statements?
Should I just write to them and ask them to clarify if I had PPI with them?
Santander did this automatically when I submitted my SAR request which was obviously helpful.
