Eh, when I was a teenager I used to eat the same sized meals as my father. And then go foraging in the kitchen for toast and whatnot between times to stoke that furnace. I went through a huge growth-spurt and gained over a foot in the space of about a year. With all that scoffing I was still as thin as a lat. Unhappily, that's not the case now.0

My SS has gone from size 8 feet to size 11 in a year - and from my height (about 5'6) to over six foot - I swear if he stands still long enough you can watch him grow.
But he's not doing it on cheap food unfortunately!0
