Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this but I feel there is a rip off going on.
We have cover on our tv, washing machine and cooker for when the manufacturers warranty runs out, when I checked they have charged us from the moment we bought the appliances, when I queried this they simply said this is because the manufacturers guarantee is for parts only and does not cover call out charge in the first year, however I cannot see this anywhere in any of out warranties, so does this mean that we are paying for an extra year for no reason, if this is the case then am I entitled to a years refund?
