    Great news for myself:

Regarding having to spend all in one transaction, you can make several small purchases:

Fantastic deal and the delay was short, not much of an inconvenience for what was offered.

    More please.

I've just received mine too - and printed it off successfully complete with 16 digit code and PIN etc.

The forum has been great for being kept up to date - thank you all.

I think these £7's may just get refunded or cancelled.
Had an issue with Tesco a while back where they "took" the money for a "glitch" and was corrected pretty quick. See how the credit card transactions show in a day or two. Take it up then if it hasn't corrected itself.
This has been one problematic deal!!!!!

  • I had a cancellation email for my 'free voucher' saying my debit card had been used to buy 2 vouchers, however this isn't the case and the £7 has still been deducted from my bank account.

On ringing them they could see that no cards were the same but because I set up another account on behalf of my aunt in my name the system flags this up and subsequently cancels one of the transactions. I've given my aunt her voucher, my mum has hers and my OH got his. The guy I spoke to said he would put in a request to the US office to have my voucher reinstated and to expect a call from them yesterday evening, needless to say no phone call was received so I will ring them again today.

I also informed them that the £7 was still debited from my account and he stated the money is just earmarked but we'll see.
