I hope you don't mind me asking, squigs, but when you printed yours off did it have a pin and a 16 digit code, please? Mine had no pin when I printed the attachment and the code was only 12 digits. I telephoned M&S and they can't accept it. In the mean time I have not been able to communicate with LivingSocial either by telephone (disconnects after number is dialled) and emails have both been returned (orders@livingsocial.com and replies@livingsocial.com):j:j

In my excitement of getting the email, I failed to notice the missing information. It was only when reading other peoples posts that I realised mine was the same!!
I am not really concerned, as reading the replies from LivingSocial on Facebook, it does seem there is an error on their part, which with 30,000 applications for vouchers will take a little while to sort out.
I do feel the offer is genuine and hope I am not proved wrong.
It is possible they are trying to sort out who has put in multiple applications, when the offer stated one per person. There were many people bragging on HUKD about how many they had applied for and it appears cancellation emails are now being sent out.
It reminds me somewhat of the Crowdity/Ocado offer, which many people thought was a scam, but turned out alright in the end.:)N1LDA:D0 -
Thank you very much for your quick reply, squigs. I really appreciate it. I'm afraid I'm not on Facebook so I would not know how to check. I only made one application for the M&S voucher. As it seems to be a simple error I'm sure LivingSocial will sort it out. I was concerned because my emails were returned as undeliverable and I couldn't get through on the telephone.
