Boundary Dispute

My neighbour put a boundary dispute on my property about 5-6 years ago. We agreed (nothing was signed) that the boundaries would reflect what is on ground and I received documents to that effect.

Now they have come back after a separate dispute which cost me £14,000 to keep it from court they have come back again looking the boundaries rectified via Land Registry.

I have been harassed and tortured this last 6 years by these people next door is there I can do? Can I get a restraining order or anything like that?

Any advice would be great.

Try posting on the forum at Garden Law site there are probably more people there that are knowledgeable about this type of dispute. Link
