Im not posting under my usual MSE name, but today ive been informed that ive been given a place at the Birmingham Uni Law School. I am so excited and relieved as standards are high and the competition was tough. Are any other MSErs at Birmingham Uni?

the place seems to be going through a period of restructuring and transition at the moment, but otherwise it has almost everything to recommend it. 0 -
YAY! I did my first degree there years ago and still go back occassionally. It's a great place, enjoy it.

Is the place cold and dark, as it seems from outside and does anyone know what the first year of an LLB will be like? Thanks.0

im at the Uni of Birmingham at the moment in my second year and I absolutely love it!
My friend who I live with is also in his 2nd year at Bham doing a Law LLB.
I remember him not finding the first year too bad, he passed with a 2:1 and he never actually did that much work so my advice is get the work done but enjoy!!
