ive logged on to have a rant :(

i spent some money today, it wasnt planned, but it is stuff we need

bought a dishwasher for £200 (only did this as council are due to refund me for over charge)
bought dog harness's and travel stuff so i can take them places £42
and some food for the next 2 nights £15

but thats it now, i refuse to spend any more money
i think i will draw £100 cash out to last me the rest of the money, as when its in my hand i can see it gradually reduce

    Ggrrrrrr

i really need to get my !!!! in gear again :o

vistit nan on a weekly basis
    save, save, save!!!

on a posititve note, a lady who viewed my house on friday wants to rent it , so i gave this the go ahead and her credit checks get done on tuesday, so all being well il have my first ever tenant :T

right off to read some diarys to gain more motivation x

Do you really need to go to the gym ?. Have a look at MrBloater's thread, there is mention of a free Amazon kindle book on fitness.

Get stuck into reclaiming PPI from all your credit cards and mortgage. This can be ploughed into your mortgage or to pay off one of your credit cards.

    Thankyou for reading :D

i only pay £22 a month for the gym and that price includes all classes, swimming and gym - i was going 4/5 days a week until lately due to house move and getting the other house ready for rental. plus its a month rolling contract, so i can cancel anytime so im not tied in

PPI- ive made a start on this, printed off the 11 page forms and will send them off tuesday recored delivery once i can photcopy them so i have a copy for my ref.
im sending them to all 4 CC and a further 3 for loans ive had in the past - so fingers crossed i get something back, as it will go straight off my CC

been working out my budgets, saving , exenses for each month - after putting away each month towards emergency funds, car emergency fund, hoilday fund, pets fund and birthday/xmas fund. i have enought left over to have £7000 a year saving. once my CC are sorted that will go to £11000 a year saving. that would be fab if it happens, just got to hold my purse strings tight!!!!!!!!!!! :A
