They'll match Quidco if you put in a claim, and pay £15.15.

Hi all
I have FINALLY discovered the reason I have been unable to sign up to Netflix..
They DO NOT accept Royal Bank of Scotland Visa debit cards!
I spoke to Netflix customer services who told me that they have had to BAN these types of card from the site as RBS make their card payments TOO secure! Netflix said that at the start of the free trial RBS card holders were signed up to the site without any way of Netflix being able to take any payment from them hence why they had to ban these card holders!
They did ask me to use another card but I cannot as I got rid of credit card once it was paid off last year to avoid any future temptations...;)
They also told me to ask a friend or relative to allow me to sign up using their card despite me saying no several times - The American sounding chap was VERY keen to get me signed up and I had to say 'NO!' a loud and final time & then hang up in the end!
Anyway - just thought I would give the heads up in case anyone else was having the same trouble!
:heartpuls Gains & £'s saved..Far too many to mention! Needless to say I LOVE MSE! :heartpuls

just set up a basic account
I have one with BOS
only Visa Electron, but I use it for stuff like this and just transfer funds in as I need them0 -
whilst there is little content wise on the Uk version that hugely excites me, there is plenty there that I would happily watch. I wouldn't be surprised if I keep it going for a month or two to see how things pan out. It seems fair value for money for unlimited streaming. I've only tried it on my laptop so far, but it's so easy to use and the streaming has been faultlessknow thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0

Thanks custardy
I guess it would be wise for me too & have a card that I could do that with
I have just made up a second facebook account for freebies/comps etc as I was getting fed up with all updates/news from the companies I have 'liked' over the last few months clogging up my wall
I WILL get the hang of it all SOMEDAY!
