For people wanting to know their usage, this seems to work

https://account.netflix.com/WiViewingActivity?lnkctr=rpiAct&trkid=50025049

Manual way: Go to 'your account & help' and your recent activity is listed in the 4th box, click see all and it shows you minutes watched (e.g. 12 out of a 23 minute programme for me). Don't know if it will total it, but you can always add the minutes to get to 300 (and go a bit over to be sure....)

May be a slight delay, I'm not sure because I've only just looked, but I finished watching it at ~ 7:30pm

be aware that if your PC is on UK Netflix,and you are accessing USA Netflix
it wont show your USA viewings
