  • Has anyone tried to get cashback who is already on the free trial? Was thinking of following the link and setting up a paid account. Do you think this will work?

    to give an idea
Iron man 2 is on the US one

Im just trying the PS3 to see if the DNS works

edit: confirmed owrking on PS3 on a wired connection(you will need a wired connection to edit DNS)

Will this work if set up using a wired connection and then you use wireless later? (Will it work over wireless then?).

What are the alternatives to unblockUS?

Okay, I didn't use the site you recommended, I have my own methods  ...but changing my IP to access the US site is amazing! No wonder the Americans love it, it's seriously got far better content. Cheers for the tip bub! Would suggest any others who know how to change IPs give it a shot, a sign of things to come hopefully!

If the UK Netflix gets better content I will consider subscribing long term atm though they don't offer anything more to me. (and the suggestions for me are naff! lol)

hi how would I change my ip to access the american site-
can I use hide my !!! anc then log into the american site off the ps

you can go back and default the DNS if you want UK netflix again.I have put US on the 360 & UK on the PS3
no doubt the wii will work too
however be aware you will need wired connections
this should work for my WD TV too, however its not wired at the moment

So you can watch it on more then one device? ( at the same time? )

Netflix apparently has a rule that you can't stream on more than one device at the same time, but they currently aren't enforcing it and allow at least two streams at a time on a given account (although one person who tested it tried three at a time, and it worked). That is the rule for the US Netflix anyway, and I imagine it's the same here.

For netflix Uk we have had 2 laptops running different content at the same time and when I tried 3 it said something along the lines that I had exceeded the number of devices permitted so seems similar to the US. I do not have any consoles to see whether they are controlled differently.

I did mine via quidco and it did not track for 9 days. I am not 100% certain, but I think that it only tracked when I had got to the point where I had watched 5 hours of netflix (seem to recall this is in the t&c's that you have to watch 5 hours worth).
