Hi all, can a director of a ltd company buy a iPad? There are 2 directors but we are not based at home,

Yes of course. Anyone with the correct money can buy an iPad. I believe they sell them in shops or online.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0

Of course a director of a limited company can buy anything on behalf of the company as long as it is for the company and not solely for their personal use as a private individual.0 -

Is the ipad to be used for business purposes? Only you (or whomever manages the accounts) will know if your business can afford two ipads.
You really, REALLY, as a director, need to get some knowledge of how to manage a business otherwise it won't be a going concern for very much longer.:hello:0 -

Can afford 2, just one of us would us it more than tr other. We manage out business well, just unsure what items can be bought for the business.
