Housing benefit question

At present we get housing benefit and council tax benefit even though we get IB and DLA and we have a son and daughter at home and they both work. The housing benefit covers nearly all the rent we pay £60 per month top up but, my son may be moving out soon and we have been told by others we will have to pay extra as we will in effect no longer need his room. Can anyone advise how much extra we are likely to have to pay? Jacqui

Nahh surely looking at posts here you will be entitled to more h/b

How much got deducted when your son and daughter started work? Perhaps they will allow you to claim more as you will no longer have a deduction for him.

Both my son and daughter were already working when we moved to this propertyand we have always paid the same since we first moved in. Still not sure as they class the property as too big for us when one of them leaves. So we are told. Jacqui
