Ah right well I know those things anyway, the local bus passes thru the village on the hour and first doesnt get there til after 9. A there and back trip is just over 9 miles. Will my own knowledge suffice or will they want something in writing do you think?"If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" - quote from Bambi's mum

Hi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -

Will very much depend on the OR. There are no hard and fast rules, it is all down to how the OR interperets things. My motto is prepare, prepare and prepare some more. If you try and cover all eventualities then you can't be surprised. Look up the service online and print it out so you have it.
ETA: Cheers DI. Round here they seem to want you to have proof with bus routes and times to give them.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

oh absolutely, you should always be prepared to back up what you put down on your forms, but as you say all OR's are differentHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Hi am in panic now on the SOA forms I have just put down figures on section 7 = outgoings as part of the form process. All my figures seem to work out there. Have just done the calculator SOA used that link. Distorts the lot. Do you have to send in those type of sheets.
They can see I have asset car on the section have to put value of car.
Advice please. Trying to complete it all tomorrow so that I can try and forget about it till court next week.
I am hopeless with figures - hence the mess I am in now going for BR.0 -

Its horrible isnt it
I havent quite got as far as you with the forms, am trying to get it all straight in my head before I commit it to paper. I also havent called the courts for a date yet as I want to know all the paperwork is complete first so I dont have to stress about getting it finished in time, am stressed enough at the mo!!
I think I'm going to use the info from the soa calculator on here, then write it all out on spare paper but in the format the OR wants it on the forms just to make sure it all tallies first. I did notice that the form doesnt have nearly as many 'boxes' as the one on here too."If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" - quote from Bambi's mum
