Panasonic LED 40" - Skype

A friend has just purchased a wifi enabled Panasonic LCD/LEd TV.
Has already paid out for the "Panasonic" wifi dongle.
Now looking at Skype but has been told that must use a Panasonic "camera", by PAnasonic, not surprisingly.
Any one know if there is a off the shelf "camera",with microphone, that would work?

I looked into this and there is another camera:
