    Many thanks McKneff, really appreciated.

That has given my confidence a much needed boost, i shall now get to work on improving my CV, have never had any replies from employers lately, so maybe it's this that is letting me down.

    Man thanks :)

    You're welcome LM

only 3 little things, i dont like the 'most' keen, i like just keen but that is personal choice.

jobseekers should be jobseeker's, no offence, just trying to help

'customer service' say customer service skills.

Good luck and let us know how you get on..............

Yea it's good the last sentence where it says I am very enthusiastic and passionate about my customer service.... Follow on from this and say something like....... This has been demonstrating when taking time out to organise a customer focus day over the weekend..... Blag it but give an example of how you've demonstrating your passion and enthusiasm.

Just to re-itterate this is a good cover letter!

When I was young many moon ago and as far as I can remember this is how we started off our CV's

By saying that you are a conscientious person and still studying etc.

Then your qualification in chronological order

You follow that with your working experience in the same order.

Not sure if that is correct now but just a few suggestions.

I am sure someone else will give you some good pointers soon.

Let us know how you are doing with it. ;)
