Dual Flush toilet not working - pls help?!

Hi,

I have a Serel dual flush toilet which isn't working - the flush buttons are permenantly pressed down - I have had the lid off the cistern but not entirely sure what I should be looking for?

There is also a leak where the cistern refills itself - dont think its a major issue but quite noisy.

Any advice greatly appreciated - apologies for my lack of technical knowledge

Tool Station sell the flush and the filler parts quite cheaply (if you can do it yourself. If not then better call a plumber. Still check out the prices for parts first as you may end up paying well over the odds fot them otherwise.
