Hampshire Residents: Free Cavity Wall and Loft insulations

Whilst at work the other day, I popped out at lunch and saw a stall outside my shop, I was curious about it so thought to enquire.

Hampshire County Council have currently got a scheme where anybody can get free insulation of cavity walls and loft regardless of age or on benefits or not (Insulate Hampshire)

(This offer is open until 31st March 2012 and is available for Hampshire homeowners and privately renting tenants (with landlords permission) only but does not include Southampton or Portsmouth City Council residents.

Free loft insulation applies where there is currently less than 60mm (2 1/2 inches) and is subject to extra meterage charges) According to their site....http://www.insulatehampshire.co.uk/

I posted my form last Thursday and got a call yesterday (weds) My local contractor is coming on the 14th Feb to assess my property....hopefully my house wont be as cold as the Antarctic for very much longer?
