Advice on replacing a conservatory.

My mum has a dwarf wall victorian style conservatory about 12 ft by 8 ft which is about 20 years old and made from hardwood. Its getting pretty leaky now and needs re varnishing each year. It also has a rotten box gutter that is troublesome.
I was wondering about getting the conservatory replaced with a UPVC one as a straight replacement using her existing dwarf wall. She would only need the UPVC and glass installed as electrics etc are all in place. Also her house projection forms one solid side so effectively it consists of just three sides and the apex roof.
Does anyone have any idea of cost to do this please?
