1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited, Trailfinders, Tourism Victoria, Tourism NT or Singapore Airlines, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via www.telegraph.co.uk/tourismvictoria and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Tourism Victoria Winner, Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between March 19 and April 18, 2012.
4. All entries must be received by midnight on Friday, March 16, 2012.
5. The winner will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
7. One entrant will win a 10-night holiday for two to Australia. The prize includes return economy class flights with Singapore Airlines from London Heathrow to Melbourne, returning from either Melbourne or Darwin; three nights accommodation in the Crown Promenade Hotel, Melbourne, based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a room-only basis; seven nights use of a Platinum Beach category Maui Motorhome to be taken in either Victoria or Northern Territory with the Maui Premium Package; and an internal flight from Melbourne to Darwin, if required.
8. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and London Heathrow, travel insurance, visas, food and drink, personal expenditure, fuel, or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
9. The Maui Premium Package includes unlimited mileage and insurance. The driver must be 21 years of age or older and hold a full, current UK driving licence. The winner is responsible for returning the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
10. The prize must be booked within 21 days of he winner being notified and is valid for travel from April 16 and all travel must be completed by November 30, 2012. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The prize is subject to Trailfinders’ standard terms and conditions of booking, which can be found at www.trailfinders.co./booking-condtions.
11. The winner and their guest may be required to participate in publicity.
12. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
13. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Tourism Victoria.
