Hi Guys - Hope you can help!!
I cashed in my Endowment approx' 3 years ago when I needed the cash. My mortgage is minimal.
I stopped my PPI for the Endowment about 12 months ago - eventually realising that I did not have an endowment to protect!!
Basically, can I still claim!!!!?????
All advice much appreciated

No. Once insurance is stopped being paid for then the cover it offered stops with it (you get about 28 days grace normally as premiums are paid in advance). They can reject your claim as they ceased to offer cover.
Or do you mean complain? If so, you say you still have the mortgage and MPPI is linked to the mortgage, not the endowment. What would be your reason for complaint?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Does anyone know about removing defaults from credit file after reclaiming bank charges and PPI charges. I thought I has heard this was possible but not sure where to look for further information
Thanks in advance

Most of the time you would not get them removed as any refund is nearly always a goodwill gesture. If it was an upheld complaint rather than a goodwill gesture then you would expect defaults to be removed.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
