Advice on a single skin porch problem

Hello all,
I'm hoping someone will be able to help. On the house i bought last year we have a single brick skin porch on the back. It measures 3m wide by 2m deep with a radiator on the back wall below a double glazed window. There is an internal door connecting to the main house. Inside the porch we hang our coats and leave the push chair and boots. The problem we have is mould. Last autumn we cleaned all the walls and painted but the mould is now returning quite badly. I have looked at a few forums and sites but all have different views on solutions. I put in a humidity sensor and it seems to reach 99% quite often? If i put up batons and plasterboard it, will the mould just grow on top of this new surface?
Any ideas what to do to solve the problem? Knocking it down is not an option as the wife likes it!
