MBNA Response

Submitted a request to MBNA with reference to 3 accounts , 2 loans, and 1 credit card.
They have requested £1 to release info on the CC account. However, I have received responses on the loan accounts which states:
"This loan account has in fact paid in full,so the account is closed with a nil balance. As such, (by virtue of section 77 (3) (a)) section 77 (1) does not apply".
I am fully aware that the accounts are closed - is this therefore a fob off, and is there anything I should be doing next to pursue this?
Thanks

When a loan or cc is repaid, they do not have to supply you with a copy of the agreement, you will have to SAR this, dont forget to enclose £10.

Did you have ppi on the loans,or is that what you are trying to find out?.
If you had ppi on there, look here for reasons for mis sell and put a claim in.http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance#step2
A copy agreement for cc may not show ppi,as this is sometimes put on when you activate the card.
Do you have any statements showing ppi? if you do,look here for reasons for mis sell and put a claim in.
