Vacuum Packed mattresses

Tim Deegan - could I ask your advice :
What do you think of the Eurolux Comfisan soft ortho or soft supreme?
I understand they are vacuum packed and reflex foam rather than memory foam. I've been told the memory foam ones get very hot (that would be a prob. for me as I am hot lol) whereas the Comfisan have a 'hot' side for winter and a 'cold' side for summer.
Any thoughts? So many different ones to choose from0 -

It sounds like you quoted a paragraph from the sales literature........remember that they are trying to convince you that they are the best. Can I ask what make your mattresses are?
I actually sell a few different types of memory foam mattresses including memory foam/latex foam combinations (we actually make the most profit on these), but it is a well known fact that the pocket sprung/memory foam is by far the best option.
Mine is single sided but i have heard and seen double sided for sale. Cant recall the make of ours I will try to look it up tonight.
Yes of course solid foam mattresses are cheaper to manufacture, that's the whole point of progress and industry. Similarly in real terms it costs a lot less to manufacture a jag today than it did for a model T ford back in the 1900's but that doesn't make the model T better.
and no my "waffle"wasn't quoted from sales literature, its direct from myself as a design engineer working in hi tech industries for the last 35 years. Its a fact (of physics) that distributed loads are better than point loads to reduce stress hence my preference for non sprung support whatever the "experts" say.
