Which shows it is off the road... at the time the photo is taken. Hmm, that should help.

I agree with Wig. The DVLA letter seems to say that the offending vehicle has been clamped and impounded. The OP's vehicle is still in his drive.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
