Geordie_taxi, please don't spam the forum. It's against the rules...
What's spam?
Forum users mustn't post the same forum post more than once on the forum (the only exception is members of the MSE Team; when needed). It's called spamming and most internet forums forbid it. Where spam is reported to the Forum Team posts are deleted and the user's Posting Privileges may be removed. Please don't quote any post that you believe is spam, as this causes the team more work
Several boards on our forum have a spam button. If enough forum users click the spam button on a thread, that thread will automatically be deleted. The Forum Team may choose to leave it deleted or re-instate it.0 -

If people have the right protection they wont get anything from it. It is being dealt with though, so they say."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0

Just wanted to let everyone know how it all turned out!
Sent tickets by special delivery (£5.45), to the address I was given by Eastcoast, only to have them returned a couple of days later, marked 'gone away'! I rang the call centre again and was told that I should not have been given that address, as they moved from there last August. I was given the correct address, sent the tickets off again, and got a full refund, plus an e-voucher for £5.45, in compensation for the additional postage costs.
Bit of a pain, but Eastcoast did come through in the end:)
Thanks to everyone for their advice:T0
