10. The prize will consist of 6-night vacation for two (Winner and a guest of Winner's choosing) in Honolulu, Hawaii, comprised of: economy class airfare for two between London and Honolulu, 3 nights hotel with breakfast at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel, 3 nights hotel with breakfast at the Turtle Bay Resort, and airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-hotel transfers (the "Prize"). No cash alternative is available. Winner and guest must be available to travel 2nd-8th October 2012, no alternative dates will be offered if the winner is unable to travel on these dates. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The hotel accommodations are based on Winner and guest sharing one room. Each hotel will require valid credit card to cover incidentals (room service, telephone). At least one person travelling must be over 18. Winner and guest must each have a valid passport and any applicable visas and permissions. Winner and guest may be required to register on line with US ESTA system https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta. Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.
11. Travel costs to and from the London airport are not included and must be paid for by the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, Microsoft will neither pay nor reimburse for travel costs associated with travelling to or from the London airport.
