Have been using this company since the Primus days. Have had a problem with my account and trying to get through to customer services is a nightmare, on both occassions I have had to call them off peak time has taken over 40 minutes to get through. It was better service when based in India.

kiducati, was that on the 0800 036 3839 number? I rang them at 3pm Wednesday, was hanging on for 8 or 9 minutes. Queries resolved and total call time 12 1/2minutes. Didn't seem worse than a lot of other CP's or other Utilities I've had to deal with in the past. There was a warning announcement about long waits at peak times at the start of the call.
