Old credit card charges/partial settled

About two years ago I settled my credit card balances after receving some money from my father and making a full anf final settlement with the Credit card firms, who had previously cancelled my credit cards. They wrote off so much of the balance and accepted my offers in full and final settlement.
I would like to know if I can claim back the many charges they made for late payments, over limit caused by them making charges etc.
If I do claim can they change their minds and renage on the full and final settlements, and say I now owe them money for claiming back my charges.
Some may think I am being gready, but when I faced difficulties they made my life hell with charges, after everything was settled it still obviously affecting my credit rating.

As long as you still have your letters from the companies stating you have paid the agreed amounts in full and final settlement there should be no claims on you for any further monies. Even then, if you no longer have them you should be able to get copies under data protection act.
Why not try to ask for refund of charges, nothing to lose.

So that means they cant ask for more money from me, or are you saying I cannot ask for charges, or both?0

Neither party (meaning you and the bank) can make any more claims regarding this account. Both of you agreed (on your suggestion) to draw a line under the outstanding issue and to walk away from it.
After you had paid (whatever you had offered and the bank had accepted), any debt is dead and buried. You cannot revisit the account.0
