Ford ka radio code

Hi I had my clutch replaced yesterday and obviously they removed the battery. I now have no radio and no code. It is a Ford Ka Collection X Reg year of make 2000. I have removed the front strip with the buttons on for stored radio stations but there is no serial number. All there is is 5000 RDS E.O.N. Can anyone help me? Dont want to contact ford and pay for it xxxxxxx

Hi, I had an accident and the car was repaired but I need a code for the radio.
