Work from home ideas

Hello
I am sure that this gets asked on here an awful lot...but I am going to do it anyway!
I have been looking for a new job for months now, and have found nothing, or what I have found has not been suitable. I am still in employment (12 hours a week. Tesco)
Anyway, I am looking for some ideas that I could do from home that would work around family like (Baby) with or without PC. I dont drive, so that does restrict me a little, but I am trying to change this
So does anyone here, work for themselves from home (I really dont want to do Kleezene/Avon etc)
Any help much appreciated

I always plug sureboom forum but everythings in one place and help is available, I've worked for a few jobs from home on here plus there are threads you can search for on MSE once you get an idea

Look in other opportunities section on sureboom forgot to say. HTH.0 -
If you have the time and money for the start up costs, affiliate marketing is a nice option as daveyv9 suggested.
I am lucky to have a full time job but I am make around $50-$100 on the site each month with online surveys and pay-to-click sites with 10-20 hours spend each month. This isn't an option if you look for a real income but it might be a nice supplement. The advantages are that you need zero investment and are highly flexible with your time.

There are some virtual call centres where calls are routed to your home so you just need a phone and PC. Also virtual office PA's where you do letter writing and appoitment booking etc. Have a look on the net but watch out for any scams.0

There are genuine home work opportunities out there, but they are few and far between, you used to be able to phone the jobcentre and they would keep a list of any 'outwork' opportunities in your local area, generally they wont be advertising, but you can put your name on a list to be contacted when they do.
If you have office/PA skills, there is some call for that kind of work from home, I used to pick up a few bits of admin by sending letters and offers to local, small companies, who might not be able to afford to employ a full or part time administrator, but appreciate the occassional help.
It depends what skills you have really, I work from home, stitching for the cross stitch magazines now, which thankfully seem to be more popular than ever. The wage isnt as much as if I went out to work, but taking into account the fact that I have no childcare costs, no work clothes, or transport needed, plus I get to work doing something I love, then I cant complain :money:0 -
it depends on your skills. what is the one thing you are good at?0

If the link works, have a look through the threads that come up, these all mention them, http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/search.php?searchid=121240757 you'll see there have been a few people talking about them & no bad reports although not people raving about them either.0 -
One of my friends has made a lot of money from having her own dungeon and doing the dominatrix/ mistress thing. She doesnt do anything apart from humiliation and role play. She has no shortage of customers, she has a person on for security and pays them a £10.00 per hour. Shes not running a brothel so cant get done for that. She doesnt do sex or massages etc.0

One of the easiest methods is by writing, which is what I do.
I market online by writing reviews of products.
These can be real or digital, survey sites.
Or if you enjoy certain hobbies then you can write articles about them and sell them for anywhere between $5 and $20 depending on length.
This is something that is so easy to do that I'm surprised more don't do it.0
