Yorkshire Terrier's and dry food

I have been feeding them on Turkey & Rice kibble and Duck & Rice kibble (puppy). Both of those are quite small, the turkey more flatter than the duck. The fish & veg kibble (adult) is huge and like a star shape.

I do have a 2kg bag of Turkey & Rice kibble (junior) which I bought in error, as Junior is meant for Medium/Large and Giant breeds. I'm wondering if all the James Wellbeloved Adult kibble will be the same size as the fish & veg one. I thought I'd try them on the fish one for a new flavour as they only have two flavours in the puppy one since they hate the Lamb flavour - the smell was awful, like seaweed.

Do you know that James Wellbeloved now sell a small breed adult dog kibble?

I bought some from the shop called The Range, and I think Pets at Home sell it.


(Edited to say, I think that I bought the fish flavour from the Range, but looking on the web, Pets at Home may only sell the turkey or lamb flavours.)

The best dry food EVER is Burns Mini Bites for Puppies and adult small breeds. It is lovely little nuggets made for little mouths, my dogs hoover it up (mixed with warm water to soften it when they are puppies, au naturelle now they are all growed up).

I buy it from local garden centre but have seen it online, comes in various sizes and if you want to try before you buy, go to the Burns website and request a sample...

I thought James Wellbeloved Adult kibble was either 'Adult' or 'Large Breed Adult'. I have been buying the food online and the supplier where I get mine from does not stock small breed adult.

James Wellbeloved small breed is a new(ish) product. I bought it last November. The kibble is smaller.

I bought it for my 11 year mini wirehaired dachshund, who has sadly gone to Rainbow Bridge. She was off her food for a few days, and after blood tests and xrays, my vet thought she may have had a burst pancreatic tumor, and advised us to let her go.

I looked in The Range shop today, and noticed that they sell all the flavours of wellbeloved small breed. Maybe you could ask your supplier if they're going to start selling it.
