Can I reclaim GAP insurance and PPI, from a car purchased from a dealer?

Hi,
I bought my car from Vauxhall nearly 5 years ago. It was bought on finance which they arranged, with Northridge Finance. I seem to remember them adding on GAP insurance and PPI, and I’m now keen to make a claim to reclaim some money! I know neither were explained properly to me and it was not said that I could get them elsewhere – therefore, do I have a potential claim? If so, where do I start – with the garage or with the finance company?
Any help would be great!
Thanks

If any/all apply to you then send a complaint to the dealer.0 -
I think the OP was asking whether s/he could also claim for the GAP insurance. Any ideas? The Cabbage

I good tip is to ask the dealership to provide the documentation which you would of had to sign. By law they have to keep copies and be able to provide you with one.
Although I am not an expert on PPI I think it my be difficult to claim back if they have numerous signatures of yours illustrating that you understood the policies, the benefits and exclusions and where happy for them to be provided.
Good luckHappiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0
