in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
Can somebody please help with an escalation email address for anybody with a brain at Bank of Scotland?

I have been waiting since September for my refund and every time I call, I get told it will be escalated and it could take a further 28 days! This has been going on for 5 months and I'm so frustrated.

Has anybody managed to contact someone at this bank with any clout?

I eagerly await your help!!:)

    Hi Fortuna1, I'll PM you a contact there as we are not allowed to put names of employees up for full view. No e mail address I'm afraid but a letter may work as e mails get ignored too easily ;)
