Separate threads for House Buying and Renting?

Hi,
Could we have the House Buying and Renting separated into 2 threads?
They are totally different subjects and it would be easier all round if they both had a thread of their own. If you click on a title 'Advice please.' you don't know if it's about house owning or renting. It would also be quicker finding information than having to schroll through topics that don't apply to you.
